Join us on Wednesdays, Oct 15, 22, 29 and Nov 5 and 12 at 11:00 am in the Conference room for a study led by Dr. Trevor Williams, from Hood Seminary. The book, A Simpler Life, may be purchased from Amazon.

A Simpler Life’s premise is that persons today both need and crave simplicity, not because they are simple but because they are “drowning in complexity.”

Unlike books, podcasts, and Netflix shows that promise quick paths to simplicity through household decluttering and reducing calendar commitments, A Simpler Life helps its readers to understand the psychological and philosophical roots of our distractions and the reasons why things can often grow complex and overwhelming. It examines how we might achieve simplicity in our relationships, social lives, work routines, and our approaches to possessions and media.

This study is through the Messinger-Williams Community Education Initiative.
